Using Tips:
1. This type of stainless steel cutlery is not suitable for cleaning with steel wool, it should be hand washed with hot soapy water and then rinsed thoroughly. Air dry immediately after washing. Avoid using salt solutions or acidic foods or harsh detergents to maintain the finish.
2. The lid holder is removable and you can install it according to your preference.
3. The chafing dish is used to keep food warm and cannot be used as a cooking tool. It is forbidden to put the chafing dish directly on the gas or induction stove.

I like the product and quick service. The only thing I don't like is that I have to pay almost $30 for shipping. It's bit much in this day and age of free shipping.
