I looked at several brands and this Rovsun was the best deal out there especially for the efficiency 22seer2. Everything was absolutely perfect from ordering to shipping to installation, when they say you’ll have it in 2-5 days they do an awesome job of getting everything to you in quick time. I think it was 3 days after ordering it was at my house, boxes were in good condition no damage or anything, the installation kit has more than enough parts to complete the job. I has to run electrical and disconnect and the whip prior to the install, it took me about 3hours for the actual installation, I cut lines to length flared the ends and pressurized the system with 405lbs of nitrogen (no leaks) vacuum down and release the refrigerant. This mini split is near silent, draws very little power (I’m on solar power ) I do recommend having an HVAC tech helping you or to maybe hire one if you’re not comfortable cutting lines and reflaring. Also you should have nitrogen to pressure the system and a vacuum pump to vacuum it down, remember this is not a diy even though a diy can do the job like I did myself you will need certain equipment and knowledge . I already have knowledge of HVAC and am very comfortable in doing the work. You will still need to have electrical run, a disconnect box, a whip and you want to keep everything in code. I additionally needed a wall mount, line set cover. Everything else I had on hand. The system has been running nonstop since the installation and been through its first heatwave the day of the install and easily keeps up , this system was put in to compliment my main HVAC central air system, being on solar I’m always looking for ways to save the energy I produce. This is a purchase I’d definitely recommend, Rovsun is very cost effective they have beautiful systems when installed correctly will save you a lot of energy/money. I understand not every single shipment will go flawlessly but I feel that Rovsun is a really good company and if you reached out they would take care of you. I really don’t think you can find a better system with warranty with the efficiency then Rovsun . I’m 100% satisfied with the service and quality of my Rovsun 12000 btu 115v mini split, oh I almost forgot you also get a remote and an app for your phone both work excellent . I think you too will be satisfied in this purchase. I know for sure that you will not find a unit as good for the price this guy costs.
