Quick and Easy!

I simply love my fryer. Stretches out the life of my vegetable oil, reduces cooking time, and all my food fried evenly! Even have the neighbors requesting I cook their chicken when I fry mine. Best feature, access oil drains off-back into the fryer, so food is not soaked in oil!

Fantastic customer service - Great product

So I normally don't write reviews, but I normally don't have exceptional things to say either. My fryer arrived damaged secondary to UPS using it as a bowling ball apparently. I was immediately contacted by the customer service. They assessed and then immediately (same day) shipped me a new one as well as the tracking for it. Very well done.
The unit itself works as advertised and has impressed me with the few times I have used it thus far. A+

Great item!

This is a great addition to our food truck! We only use it to cook our chicken strips or chicken Pattie’s in. We have found that it cooks it perfect. We tried cooking fries in them but it just takes to long for those. The cleaning of it I gave 3 stars because it does take a little more effort to get cleaned up than I would have thought. I still recommend this item!
